Returns on Unworn, Unwashed Items with Tags still Attached are Accepted within 3 days of receipt of item.
Items must be in Re-Sellable Condition and Must be Smoke Free & Pet Hair Free.
Returns are Eligible for Exchange Only.
If Items are from our warehouse we need to Provide you with a Return Authorization number. All items returned must be new, unworn, and in original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.
Please note, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria are not met.
Once we are notified from the warehouse of receipt of the item, we will Issue a E Code that can be used Online & In-Store must be used with in 15 days.

If Purchase from our location within 24 hours of us receiving your item back, you will be notified via email if your return has been approved for exchange.
Sale/Clearance items are NOT Returnable, they are Final Sale.
Mystery Bags, Bodysuits, Swim Suits, Bras/Bralettes, Lingerie, Face covers & Shoes are... Final Sale due to the delicate nature of the items.
Shipping Charges (Original & Return) are the Customer’s Responsibility.
